Premium Plugins

If you've purchased a premium plugin and you're stuck, email [email protected] or join the LTN Games Discord. This is the best place to ask about compatibility, bugs, documentation, or demo files.

When you write in, include the plugin name and version, whether you're using RPG Maker MV or MZ, and what happened. Steps to reproduce the problem, screenshots, and error messages are especially helpful.

Use the email address from your purchase if you can. If you use another address, you may need to include proof of purchase.

Free Plugins

For free plugins, please use the LTN Games Discord or the RPG Maker community on itch.io. Email support isn't included with free plugins, but I check the community channels when I can.

If you're reporting a bug, try it in a new project with the plugin's demo files first. Tell me which RPG Maker version you're using and include the smallest example that shows the problem.
